1.5 kg of shells,
150 ml of olive oil,
4 cloves of garlic,
2 teaspoons of bread crumbs,
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley,
200 ml of white wine,
Shells clean and wash. Warm olive oil with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, wine and pepper. Add the shells and cook covered until the shells open.
When it is ready, serve with white wine.
